What to include

  • A correction. The page address, the figure or sentence you believe is wrong, and where the correct figure comes from — a KDP help page or a rejection notice is ideal.
  • A problem with a tool. Which tool, the trim size, paper and page count you entered, and what you expected to see. Please do not attach your manuscript unless asked; describing the issue is usually enough.
  • Billing. The email address you paid with. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; the refund policy explains what to expect.

Before you write

Many questions about rejected files are answered in the KDP guides, and the free calculators give spine, cover and margin figures for any supported trim. iLoveKDP is independent of Amazon and cannot see or change anything in your KDP account; questions about a specific title’s review are best sent to KDP support.
