Refund policy
The short version: if iLoveKDP does not do what this site says it does, ask within 14 days and you get your money back. You do not have to argue a case.
The 14-day guarantee
Ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and you will get one. Tell us what went wrong so we can fix it, but the refund does not depend on the answer being good enough — saying you want one is enough.
This covers a first subscription and a renewal alike. The 14 days run from the charge you are asking about, not from the day you opened the account.
After 14 days
A subscription is refundable at our discretion, and the honest guidance is more useful than a rule: the answer is usually no for a period you used, and usually yes for a renewal you did not notice and have not used.
Cancelling is always available, stops the next renewal and is the cheaper thing to do first — you keep the paid features to the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to ask
Email hello@ilovekdp.com from the address on the account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Include the receipt number if you have it; it is the fastest route to the charge.
There is no form to fill in and no retention offer to sit through.
How the money reaches you
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record and the seller shown on your statement, back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear is your bank’s business rather than ours; a few working days is normal.
Paddle’s buyer terms and your statutory rights both apply on top of this page rather than underneath it. Where the law gives you a withdrawal right stronger than the 14 days above, the law wins.
What happens to the account
A refunded subscription returns to the free plan when Paddle confirms the refund. Nothing you made is deleted. Books stay in your browser, exported PDFs are already on your disk, and the free plan keeps every calculator and every pre-flight check. What you lose is access to the paid features, not your work.
